| Admire some of the
world's most scenic beauty, along the Great Divide.
We will travel down to the icefields and into a different world!
Remember to bring sunglasses.
Here it is winter.
Winds can howl off the fields and make you huddle against it. How do those poor trees
survive?
Stops along the way will include Athabasca Falls, Sunwapta Falls,
and Tangle Creek.
There will be plenty of frozen icefalls as well. There is always water trickling out of the
rock and of course it freezes when it hits the cold mountain air.
Allow about 4 hours here as
there is a lot of highway to cover.
